Contact us
The quickest way to reach us is by email. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
Write to contact@ocmakerstudio.com. One inbox handles everything, so you do not need to look for a separate address for your question.
We usually reply within a few working days. Messages about privacy or copyright are handled first.
What you can write to us about
- Bugs. Something does not load, a part looks wrong, the download fails or a page breaks on your phone.
- Ideas and requests. A hairstyle, outfit, accessory or background you would like to see, or a style of maker that is missing.
- Translations. A word that sounds wrong or unnatural in your language.
- Privacy requests. Questions about the data described in our privacy policy.
- Copyright and trademark concerns. If you believe something on the site uses your work or your brand in a way it should not, tell us and we will look at it promptly.
- Anything else about the site, including partnership and advertising questions.
What to include in a bug report
A short report helps us fix a problem much faster. If you can, include:
- The address of the page where it happened.
- Your device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".
- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
Before you write
Some answers do not need an email:
- Lost character. Your characters are saved only in your own browser. We cannot see them or restore them, so we cannot recover a character after browser data has been cleared. To keep a character safe, download the PNG or use Copy link and save the link somewhere.
- Using your images. Characters you make here can be used for personal and commercial projects. The terms and conditions explain the details.
- Picrew questions. OC Maker Studio is not Picrew and cannot help with Picrew accounts or makers. For those, contact Picrew directly.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or documents with personal information. We never ask for them.
Who will read your message
Your email is read only by the people who run OC Maker Studio. We use your address only to reply to you and never add it to a mailing list. How long we keep messages is described in the privacy policy.
