Detail color

A Roblox OC is the character behind an avatar: the persona you use across games, in roleplay servers and in profile pictures. Players spend a long time assembling one from catalog items. Planning the look first saves both time and currency.

This maker does not draw the blocky Roblox body. It draws a rounder cartoon character. Use it as a sketchpad to decide hair, colors and outfit before you build the avatar, and to make a profile picture of your persona.

Pick an avatar aesthetic

Roblox avatars tend to follow a recognizable style. Choose one direction and stay in it.

Soft and pastel: Hoodie in pink or blue, light Jeans, Headphones, long hair.
Dark and edgy: black Open jacket, Cargo pants, Platform boots, hair Over one eye and a Choker.
Classic and simple: T-shirt, Jeans and one bright color, like the earliest avatars.
Roleplay character: the Tunic, Dress or Blazer for fantasy, town and school servers.

From plan to avatar

Once the design is settled here, note the hair color, the main outfit colors and the one accessory that defines the look. Search the avatar shop for the closest free items first. Matching the palette matters more than matching each item exactly, because other players see color before detail.

A persona, not only an outfit

The avatars people remember have a name, a mood and a habit. Decide whether your OC is cheerful, mysterious or chaotic, and pick the face to match: Happy closed eyes, Sleepy eyes or a Wink. Keep the same face on every outfit so the character stays recognizable when the clothes change.
