A Naruto OC is defined by where they come from. Village, clan and chakra nature decide the colors, the outfit and the fighting style. Start there and the design builds itself.

The maker opens on the Top tab. Shinobi outfits are practical: a jacket or tunic, loose trousers and sturdy footwear, with one signature color.

Village, clan, nature

Answer these three before choosing parts.

Village: Leaf, Sand, Mist, Cloud or Stone. Each has its own climate and palette. Greens and blues for the Leaf, tans and reds for the Sand, greys and blues for the Mist.
Clan: an existing clan gives you inherited traits to work with. An original clan needs one visible mark, such as an eye color, a face marking or a hair color.
Chakra nature: Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth or Water. Use its color as the accent.

Rank and outfit

Rank changes how a shinobi dresses. Genin wear personal, colorful outfits: the Open jacket, Hoodie or Tee with Shorts. Chunin and jonin dress more uniformly, so use the Tunic or Jacket in muted green, grey or navy with Cargo pants. Rogue ninja wear a Cape in a dark color. A Scar or Bandage suits anyone who has seen real missions.

Face markings and eyes

Many characters in the series carry a mark on the face. The Whiskers, Scar and Star sticker options in Details can all stand in for clan markings. Eyes matter even more, since several clans are known for theirs. Choose an unusual eye color with the picker and pair it with Sharp or Sleepy eyes for a distinct look.
